SUSAN JEFFREYS-CLEAVER Susan has twenty years surveying experience in the commercial and domestic sectors working for private practices, the Welsh Assembly Government (formally the Welsh Development Agency) and housing associations. In her capacity as director of Cleaver and Co Susan is currently responsible for managing Private and Public sector housing projects, Care homes, retail units, refurbishment of listed buildings and major civil engineering infrastructure and marine works, with project values ranging form £150,000 to £15 million. Her other professional activities include lecturing at Ystrad Mynach Collage from 2003, teaching Building Surveying, Building Regulation and Control and Construction Technology and Materials at HNC/HND and National Diploma level. Research related to her lecturing activities has included compiling technical information for the ABBE Level 3 Technical Diploma in Surveying and property maintenance.
